This poster was designed to make you think about the mercury in the fish we eat. All images were found. The fish was traced. While some people may think about the health of our food in terms of what makes you fat, we cannot dismiss the health risks that come from food that slowly poisons you. When we eat fish that are higher in the food chain–and usually live deeper in the ocean–we consume more mercury than when we eat smaller fish.
Not only can we help ourselves by eating smaller fish, but we can also help fish by preventing more pollution in our waterways.
